The Isokon Makers Lookbook

There’s something special about seeing makers at work—hands shaping raw materials, bringing ideas to life. It’s the same whether you’re crafting jeans or furniture.

Recently, we spent time with Tom, Scott, and Mark, the talented craftsmen from Isokon, our Walthamstow neighbours known for their iconic furniture. We’ve been collaborating on a very exciting project, which we’ll be able to share soon. But in the meantime, we put together a lookbook featuring them in action, wearing our workwear—jeans, chambray shirts, knitwear and dungarees—while shaping some of the most striking pieces of modern design.

There’s a quiet rhythm to their work, much like in our atelier. The precision of cutting, the patience of assembly, the satisfaction of a piece taking form. Seeing our gear move with them, bend with them, and become a part of their daily practice only reaffirms why we do what we do—creating garments that support and celebrate craft.
